V stat'e predstavleny rezul'taty issledovaniya processov mikro – ul'tra – i nanofil'tracii pri proizvodstve tvoroga, pererabotke molochnoy syvorotki i koncentrirovaniya obezzhirennogo moloka. Avtorom razrabotany rekomendacii po vnedreniyu v proizvodstvo tehnologii, ispol'zuyuschey membrany otechestvennogo proizvodstva.
