MORPHOLOGY OF PLACENTA OF HORSES IN CASE OF BABESIA CARRIER

Abstract (English):
Babeziozy loshadey – transmissivnye zabolevaniya, vozbuditelyami kotoryh yavlyayutsya kroveparazity Babesia (Piroplasma) caballi i Babesia (Nuttallia, Theileria) equi, a perenoschikami – pastbischnye kleschi. Izvestno, chto peredacha parazitov zherebyatam mozhet proishodit' v 50–60 % sluchaev u materey-nositeley Theileria equi. Odnako vopros o mor- fologicheskih razlichiyah v placentah kobyl, peredavshih i ne peredavshih babeziy potomstvu, izuchen nedostatochno. Cel'yu raboty bylo izuchit' morfologiyu placent kobyl-babezionositeley, peredavshih i ne peredavshih babeziy svoemu potomstvu. Byli izucheny proby placent ozherebivshihsya kobyl, a takzhe mazki perifericheskoy krovi kak ot kobyl, tak i ot ih zherebyat. U vseh izuchennyh kobyl-babezionositeley v opyte byli obnaruzheny priznaki vospa- leniya i rasstroystva krovoobrascheniya placenty, odnako tol'ko u shesti zhivotnyh byla zaregistrirovana peredacha babeziy. V to zhe vremya naibolee vyrazhennye izmeneniya v placentah takzhe otmechali u etih zhivotnyh. U etoy gruppy kobyl registrirovali zametnuyu krovenapolnennost' sosudov, osobenno ven, eritrocity byli agregirovany, vstre- chalis' krasnye tromby, diapedez. Pri sravnenii rezul'tatov morfologicheskih issledovaniy placent kobyl-babe- zionositeley mozhno otmetit', chto u kobyl, peredavshih babeziy potomstvu, razvivalos' al'terativno-ekssudativnoe vospalenie, soprovozhdayuscheesya porazheniem vorsinok horiona i allantoamniona. Mikrocirkulyaciya placenty imela rasstroystva: zastoynaya giperemiya, trombozy. Pri etom nablyudali izmeneniya epiteliya kak vorsinok amniona, tak i horiona, harakternye dlya gidropicheskoy distrofii. Babeziopodobnye vklyucheniya, v tom chisle v vide «mal'tiyskih krestov», byli obnaruzheny v citoplazme monocitov i gistiocitov placenty. V placentah u kobyl, ne peredavshih babeziy potomstvu, byli vyyavleny v osnovnom rasstroystva krovoobrascheniya, drugie izmeneniya vstrechalis' redko.
