PRODUCING ECOLOGICALLY SAFE BROILER MEAT UNDER CONDITIONS OF TECHNOGENIC AGROECOSPHERE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Issledovaniya posvyascheny izucheniyu problem i putey polucheniya ekologicheski bezopasnogo myasa broylerov v usloviyah tehnogennoy agroekosfery. Rabota vypolnena na baze pticevodcheskogo kompleksa (Chelyabinskaya oblast', Rossiya); sostoyala iz dvuh etapov. Na pervom etape opredeleno soderzhanie himicheskih elementov v probah pochvy, vody i kombikorma, na vtorom etape – aprobirovan sposob snizheniya toksichnyh elementov v myase pticy. Dlya etogo iz cyplyata-broylerov krossa «Smena 2», podobrannyh po metodu analogov, sformirovano 4 gruppy. Pervaya gruppa (kontrol'naya), vtoraya, tret'ya i chetvertaya – opytnye, poluchali s 5 sutochnogo vozrasta do uboya s osnovnym racionom biologicheski aktivnyy kompleks rastitel'nogo proishozhdeniya, poluchennyy iz ekstrakta lyucerny, v doze 15, 30 i 60 mg/kg zhivoy massy, sootvetstvenno. Pri primenenii kompleksa rastitel'nogo proishozhdeniya proizoshlo pere- raspredelenie biogennyh i toksichnyh elementov v pecheni broylerov, s povysheniem dozy uvelichilos' kolichestvo biogennyh elementov medi, cinka, kobal'ta, marganca v srednem v 1,42; 1,5; 3,43 i 1,92 raza, snizilsya uroven' nikelya i svinca v srednem v 2,37 i 2,45 raza. V rezul'tate primeneniya biologicheski aktivnogo kompleksa rastitel'nogo proishozhdeniya otmecheno, chto s povysheniem ego dozy soderzhanie toksichnyh elementov (svinca i nikelya) v myase broylerov snizhaetsya po sravneniyu s kontrolem v 1,19‒1,46 i 1,89‒1,92 raza. Rezul'taty issledovaniy opredelyayut vozmozhnost' aprobirovaniya biologicheski aktivnogo kompleksa rastitel'nogo proishozhdeniya dlya snizheniya urov- nya toksichnyh elementov v sostave produkcii, poluchaemoy ot drugih sel'skohozyaystvennyh zhivotnyh.

Keywords:
