ВЛИЯНИЕ БАД РАСТИТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОИСХОЖДЕНИЯ НА ПРОДУКТИВНОСТЬ И ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ КРОВИ ЦЫПЛЯТ-БРОЙЛЕРОВ

Аннотация. Фитобиотики оказывают значительное влияние на состояние здоровья животных и повышают продуктивные качества. При этом вопрос изученности влияния отдельных растительных добавок на физиологические и продуктивные показатели сельскохозяйственной птицы остается открытым. В связи с этим целью настоящего исследования являлась оценка влияния комбинаций 4-гексилрезорцина с другими растительными препаратами на весовой рост, а также морфологический и биохимический составы крови цыплят-бройлеров. Методы. Исследования были проведены на 125 головах 7-суточных цыплят-бройлеров (кросс Арбор Айкрес, 5 групп, n = 25). Схема эксперимента: контрольная группа – основной рацион (ОР); I опытная (ОР + 4-гексилрезорцин в дозировке 0,5 мг/кг ж. м./сут;); II опытная (ОР + 4-гексилрезорцин + гамма-окталактон в дозировках 0,4 мг/кг и 0,1 мл/кг ж. м./сут); III опытная (ОР + 4-гексилрезорцин + 7-гидроксикумарин в дозировках 0,1 мг/кг и 0,15 мл/кг ж. м./сут); IV опытная (ОР + 4-гексилрезорцин + гамма-окталактон + 7-гидроксикумарин в дозировках 0,05 мг/кг, 0,15 мл/кг и 0,01 мг/кг ж. м./сут). Научная новизна заключается в том, что впервые изучено влияние применения растительного препарата 4-гексилрезорцин в сочетании с другими фитобиотиками на физиологические показатели цыплят-бройлеров. Результаты. Установлено, что цыплята I, II и IV опытных групп в возрасте 35 суток превосходили по живой массе особей из контрольной группы при максимальной разнице по отношению к цыплятам-бройлерам, получавшим базовый рацион кормления. Введение в рацион подопытной птицы испытуемых растительных препаратов имело неоднозначный характер воздействия на морфологический и биохимический составы крови, которое выражалось в виде повышения уровня отдельных элементов при значительном снижении других.
