Vse bol'she kompaniy, rabotayuschih v sfere pererabotki sel'skohozyaystvennoy produkcii, proyavlyayut interes k vozmozhnostyam, kotorye otkryvayutsya v rezul'tate ispol'zovaniya platformennoy modeli organizacii biznesa. Po- etomu voprosy, svyazannye s povedeniem mnogostoronnih rynkov, opisaniem platform i perekrestnyh setevyh ef- fektov, zanimayut lidiruyuschee polozhenie v issledovaniyah uchenyh-ekonomistov vsego mira. Stanovlenie mnogosto- ronnih platform kak novogo napravleniya v biznese, izmenivshego v znachitel'noy stepeni mental'nye ustanovki otraslevyh elit, svyazano s razvitiem interneta i cifrovyh tehnologiy. Avtorami stat'i opredeleny vozmozhnosti ispol'zovaniya mnogostoronnih platform ne tol'ko dlya uvelicheniya kolichestva uchastnikov i, kak sledstvie, poluche- niya setevogo effekta i rosta prodazh, no i kak instrumenta dlya razvitiya innovacionnoy deyatel'nosti predpriyatiy pischevoy i pererabatyvayuschey promyshlennosti, prinyavshih platformennuyu biznes-model'. V stat'e opredeleny osnovnye funkcii mnogostoronnih platform (privlechenie uchastnikov, obespechenie kommunikaciy, ustanovlenie pravil i standartov, sozdanie cennosti dlya vseh grupp uchastnikov). Issleduyutsya processy sozdaniya stoimosti, harakternye dlya platformennoy modeli organizacii biznesa. Pokazano, chto setevye effekty yavlyayutsya veduschim faktorom effektivnogo masshtabirovaniya platformy, osnovoy ee privlekatel'nosti dlya uchastnikov. Razrabotana shema mnogostoronney platformy dlya pischevoy i pererabatyvayuschey promyshlennosti, obladayuschey vozmozhnost'yu generirovat' neskol'ko potokov dohodov: pervyy potok – ot vzaimodeystviya predpriyatiya agrarnoy sfery s postav- schikami; vtoroy potok – ot vzaimodeystviya takogo predpriyatiya s potrebitelyami; tretiy potok – ot vzaimodeystviya postavschikov s potrebitelyami predpriyatiya agrarnoy sfery. Vydeleny preimuschestva platformennoy biznes-modeli po sravneniyu s tradicionnoy lineynoy model'yu organizacii biznesa predpriyatiy pischevoy i pererabatyvayuschey promyshlennosti.
